PUBLIC WORKS Custodial Worker
Lumberton is seeking a full-time Public Work’s Custodial Worker. Duties include but not limited to:
- Wash and clean window/floors,
- Vacuum/Mop all offices, conference rooms and hallways
- Clean all bathrooms’ multiple times a day and keep amenities stocked
- Dust/wipe down desk, tables, chairs and all required furniture
- Clean business offices, breakrooms, police processing rooms
- Remove trash and recycling from all offices and conference rooms
- Changes lightbulbs, light panels, and clock batteries
- All cleaning and maintenance to municipal owned properties
Must have strong communication, cleaning skills and ability to multi-task required. Salary is in accordance with the AFSCME contract $40,000.
