Welcome!
We encourage you to label your recycle and trash containers with your house number or some other identifying marking, this will help locate your containers if they are missing.
BRUSH COLLECTION:
Brush is collected curbside and chipped by the Township. Brush is considered to be shrub and tree branches between 2 inches and 10 inches in diameter. Brush shall be stacked near the edge of the roadway with the cut ends all facing one direction.
Brush collection will be done on the third (3rd) full work week of the month on your regular trash day.
IMPORTANT: Put Material Out On Your Regular Collection Day
2021 BULK TRASH COLLECTION SCHEDULE
Bulk collection will be done on the first (1st) full work week of the month on your regular trash day.
Week of January 4th on your regular trash day
Week of February 1st on your regular trash day
Week of March 1st on your regular trash day
Week of April 5th on your regular trash day
Week of May 3rd on your regular trash day
Week of June 7th on your regular trash day
Week of July 5th on your regular trash day (Since the 5th is a Holiday, Trash pick up is pushed back a day)
Week of August 2nd on your regular trash day
Week of September 6th on your regular trash day (Since the 6th is a Holiday, Trash pick up is pushed back a day)
Week of October 4th on your regular trash day
Week of November 1st on your regular trash day
Week of December 6th on your regular trash day
Items NOT collected by Public Works
- Asphalt
- Computers
- Televisions
- Pavement
- Branches & Brush over 10 inches in diameter
- Block
- Brick
- Concrete
- Decks
- Fences
- Masonry
- Roof Shingles
- Sheds
- Sod
- Oversized Tires by nature of their weight and size
The above items will not be picked up or disposed of by the Township. The property owner shall make arrangements with a private company for their disposal. (Chapter 162 of the Lumberton Township Code Book)
